Warranty and Returns

At FoundGolfBalls.com, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase of used and recycled golf balls.

We stand behind every item we sell and are committed to providing products and service that keep customers coming back. That’s why we offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the product purchase price, excluding shipping charges in both directions.

Returned items must include the original packaging and materials and must be unused and in the same condition in which they were shipped. All returns will be inspected before credit is issued. Refunds apply to the purchase price of the returned item(s) only and do not include shipping charges.

FoundGolfBalls.com reserves the right to apply a restocking fee to closeout items and items marked with an asterisk (*), including products that are not normally stocked. Special-order and custom-order items are not returnable. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, still apply to custom and special-order items.

Wholesale Returns

Returned wholesale orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Authorization

Before returning any merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization number from Customer Service by emailing customerservice@foundgolfballs.com.

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the authorization date. Defective items must be clearly marked to indicate the nature of the defect. Defective merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only, and FoundGolfBalls.com reserves the right to determine whether an item will be repaired or replaced.

Merchandise will not be replaced if customer abuse is evident. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on returned items.

Free shipping assumes that the customer keeps the original order or receives replacement merchandise. If the transaction ultimately results in no purchase, the customer is responsible for shipping charges in both directions.

Shipping Discrepancies

If your shipment arrives short or damaged by the carrier, FoundGolfBalls.com must be notified within 5 business days so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be required for the claim to be approved.
